Newkuani's intelligentized paper roll logistics system is divided into 3 modes according to the paper roll loading method: 1) 1 point paper roll handling system; 2) 5 points paper roll handling system; 3) 10 points paper roll handling system. 1 point paper roll handling system means that all  paper rolls enter the paper roll logistics system from the same starting point. The forklift puts the paper rolls required by the order at the same paper feed point, and the system automatically transports the paper rolls to the corresponding position through the operation of the entire system such as the rotation conveyor and the chain conveyor according to the paper roll information and order requirements.The 1 point paper feeding system is a completely intelligent paper roll logistics system, which greatly reduces labor demand and improves safety in the workshop.

5 points paper roll handling system means that there are 5 paper loading points in the entire paper roll handling system, corresponding to 5 paper splicers. The forklift needs to transport the paper roll to the designated paper loading point according to the order requirements, and then transport the paper roll to the paper splicer through the conveyor. This paper loading mode reduces foundation excavation and reduces equipment costs.

10 points paper roll handling system belongs to the traditional paper roll logistics model, and the forklift manually transports the required paper rolls to the corresponding paper roll loading point. This paper loading mode reduces the cost of the equipment, but requires a lot of manual operation, the labor cost is high, and the paper loading efficiency is lower than that of 1 point and 5 points.
